I do not think rappers are afraid of replying Eminem. In fact, quite a number of rappers have dissed Eminem. Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) replied Eminem in his new single 'Rap devil' where he addressed all that Em said about him on the track 'alike' on the kamikaze album.
