Dr Disrespect is an alter ego of Guy Beahm. He wears a costume wig, giant sunglasses, and constantly green-screens himself into an enormous sci-fi compound where he allegedly lives. Guy does not just show that he is good playing video games, he proves that he is an all round entertainer.
He wears his costumes before streaming and his viewers are use to seeing him (Dr Disrespect character) in his acting nature and confusing it for his real personality. Dr Disrespect is only an alterego and not his actual personality.
