What are the various forms of medicines?

Medications can help with easing or stopping symptoms from both minor and major health conditions. They can do anything from help cure a cold, as well as help ease the pain for a cancer patient. Medications can come in a number of different forms.

One type is liquid medicine. In liquid medicine, the medicine ingredients are added to a liquid. Out of all the types, this is the easiest to absorb. Oftentimes, flavors like orange and berry are added for taste. Another type of medicine is tablets. They can come in round or oval shapes. The medicine ingredients are pressed together and form the shape.

There are many forms of medicine. Here is a list of some forms of medicine.

1) liqiud: active ingredient of the medicine is added to a liquid. This form of medicine is absorbed easily.

2) Tablet and capsules: medicines are made in form of tablets. They are oval or round in shape. The active ingredients are pressed to form this shape.

3) Inhaler: many medications are made in form of inhaler. The most common example is the inhaler used by asthmatic patients.

Other forms of medicine are injections, topical medicine, suppositories and drops.
