You should know that fat and oil are considered to be triglycerides. Their end product will also be glycerol and fatty acids. These will be released to the lymphatic system. The fats that enter the body are normally digested in the small intestine. Most people would like to eliminate fat from their system but the body needs fat.

This will be effective in protecting the organs of the body and providing enough body heat to keep people comfortable. Fats will also be very helpful in allowing cells to grow. When people do not have enough fat, they may get cold easily. They may also not have enough energy in order to do the things that they have to do.
