The answer to this is Knowledge is Best with Virtue. There are a lot of people who have a lot of knowledge about different things. Even with the knowledge that they have learned. Knowledge is known to be associated with the truth.

Without proper knowledge, people will not know what the truth is. Virtue is known to be a moral habit. This is something that people do because they know that it is morally right. By doing this, they can do things without being a hindrance to other people.

Virtues are not absolute. There are some that may change over time but they can be used together with knowledge to get the best results.
