When I go on to submit my answers on other websites I can put my name on my certificate but on this website I can't. As it doesn't show my name. I don't know why?

Hi pro profs I've answered all the questions which were in the quiz but it won't allow me to put my name so I can get a certificate with my name on. But on this website I got a certificate but its not got my name on please can you tell me why? As I don't really know why I've got a blank certificate but my name isn't on. I'm glad I've got a certificate though as certificates show peoples good work and I've worked exceptionally well to say I've got a sore throat and a cold I've done really well to answer all the questions about emails.
