I think Batman deserves a day to himself. He is one of the most loved fictional comic character in the world. His personality has drawn much love to him. Batman decides not to kill anyone despite all the evil done to him. Enemies took his parents and the love of his life from him. His personality is relatable to every human.
He gets hurt and he bleeds. He does not have as much power as Hulk, Superman or Ironman. Batman put his life on the line to save Gothman city. I think Batman is more than deserving a day to himself.
