I will say 'NO'. Do not wear a bowtie to a job interview. 99% of the time, bowtie is not a good choice for an interview. You want to be noticed for your skills and abilities not by your eccentric dressing. You do not want to look like a individual that dresses out what is expected for an interview. You should keep everything simple.
I will advice you wear the traditional long tie for your interview. This will create an impression that you are serious and capable of handling the role you applied for. Save your bowtie to several months after you have been employed.
