How do you save a screenshot on windows?

You can save screenshots on windows through any of the following methods.

1) Use keyboard short cuts.

Press Prtsn(print screen) and CTRL buttons on the keyboard. Windows will take a screenshot of the screen and save to clipboard. Open any image editing program and paste the screenshot from the clipboard then save it.
Windows + Prtscn, windows will take screenshot and automatically save to your picture library. You can also try ALT + Prtscn on your keyboard.

If you have a laptop or other windows device, use the FN button instead of Prtscn.
On windows surface tablets, use the spacebar. For example: Fn + spacebar, Fn + spacebar + ALT will take screenshots on the tablet.

2) You can also use snipping tool to take screenshots.
