To make pizza dough, you need the following ingredients: yeast, sugar, flour, salt, warm and cold water, olive or virgin oil. This recipe is for dough to make two pizzas.

To make pizza dough, you need the following ingredients: yeast, sugar, flour, salt, warm and cold
1) Pour 1/4 teaspoon of yeast in a cup, dissolve it in warm water. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, cold water, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of oil in a separate cup then whisk all together.

2) Put about 5 cups of flour in a bowl, add the yeast mixture into the flour, then add the cold water mixture to the flour. Stir until a dough is formed and the dough is smooth. As you knead, add little flour not more than 1 teaspoon at a time.

3) Leave your dough for some time before you use but if you are not ready to use the dough, you can freeze the dough until you are ready to use it.
