Buddhism is a religion that originated in India and then moved into different parts of Asia like China and Japan. Still today, people in India practice Buddhism, but most of them practice Hinduism. Buddhism is known for having Buddha. However, Buddha is a symbol of the religion and not the founder. In 500 B.C., Buddhism was founded by Siddhartha Guatama who lived in India and founded Buddhism.

They read the book Tripitaka. Buddhism is known for having the Four Noble Truths. These truths are related and center around suffering which happens to people. The suffering is caused mainly by greed but it can be put to an end. The Middle Path must be followed for the suffering to stop. They must follow The Eightfold Path.
