Every year there is an event known as the Burning Man. It takes place in the desert in Nevada near Reno. It lasts for one week and is near the end of the summer. It only happens once a year. During the Burning Man event, participants are expected to participate in camps about their interests relating to artwork and self-expression.
Last year, over fifty thousand people came to the event. However, for this big event to occur, there is a lot of preparation to take place. Since the event takes place at Black Rock Desert, so the committee that organizes it is called the Black Rock City, LLC. They want to become a non-profit organization but right now they are a limited liability organization.
