Every now and then, someone creates a new type of salad that many people start to buy and restaurants start to carry these new salads. My favorite salad is one that just recently was created. It contains spinach, dried cranberries, pecans or some other type of nuts, a type of cheese and salad dressing. The dressing for this spinach salad is usually sweet.
There are other types of dressings that are less sweet than the common dressing found on this salad. I like this salad because I usually don’t like spinach that is cooked, but I like that spinach has iron in it. The pecans in the salad are extra tasty if they are coated in cinnamon sugar, but other nuts can be used.
