While keeping a clean inbox is recommended and there is a section in the wiki detailing how to manage emails, it is not one of the core aspects of competence. In addition, while a good english accent is helpful to inspire confidence in your member, ultimately they will judge you by your competence, not your accent. Product Knowledge: Members expect you to know the features, advantages, and benefits of Prialto products and services. Company Knowledge: Members expect you to know more than the limits of your particular job. Listening Skills: Members expect you to listen, understand, and respond to their specific needs as they explain them to you. Problem Solving Skills: Members expect that you will be able to recognize their needs as they express them and be able to quickly align them with the services Prialto provides.
