There are over 100 million people in the United States of America who are diagnosed with having Diabetes or are in the pre-Diabetes stage. There are some people who are living a lifestyle that is making them likely candidates to develop Diabetes later on in their lives. This can still be prevented if people would get themselves checked and if they could make some changes to their lifestyle little by little.
The more effort that they make, the better. Those who have a high risk for diabetes can always lower the risk if they would want to. Take note that rates have nearly doubled over the past two decades. The numbers should become lower in the long run.
