Charlie Chaplin’s love life was a bit perverted if you ask me. He had a fondness for young girls, having married his first and second wives when they were both 16 years old. His third wife was the oldest of his four wives; she was in her early twenties. When Chaplin was 54 years old, he married the 18 year old daughter of playwright Eugene O'Neill.
It’s been reported that he twice forced a girlfriend, Edna Purviance, to get abortions. He also married his second wife, Lita Grey, when she refused to get an abortion. One woman, Georgia Hale, has said she was with Chaplin the night before his wedding to Oona O’Neill.
