I don’t know for sure what traits we can learn from Charlie Chaplin. Traits are usually considered a “distinguishing quality” and distinguishing means the one (or maybe few) thing(s) distinctive about a person. By that definition, I guess we can learn the traits of hard work and determination.
His other traits seem to be gifts from God as it is not easy to be a great actor, if not the greatest actor of all time (according to Laurence Olivier). It is also not easy to be musician, composer, choreographer, producer, director, or screenwriter. Those talents are hard to learn.
