What is the correct way to apply blush on?

Blush can be applied in different ways. First, it is essential to pick a color that is close to the shade of your skin. You do not want to look weird by applying a color that is far from your skin tone. With the use of a makeup brush, specifically a blush brush, I apply blush from near my ear down to the apple of my cheeks.

To get the best results, I often smile, so I know how to apply the blush. I try not to apply too much of blush because apply too much make your face look funny. Also, many say the way you apply blush depends on the shape of your face. For me, the technique above always works.

I use blush on with the use of the applicator of my lip and cheek tint on the apples of my cheek. I would lightly rub on the liquid blush with the use of my fingertips until I am satisfied with how well the blush has been blended onto my cheeks.

With my other type of blush on, the one that has a bit of shimmer, I use a makeup brush for this since this is a powder blush, a blush brush can make the application so much easier and even. I usually smile first in order to determine where I would like the blush to be. I make sure not to use too much blush though as this can be funny even in pictures.
