The correct answer to this question is False. There are many instruments in the medical field which are sharp, which include scissors, scalpel, and forceps. On the other hand, there are many others which aren't sharp. A thermometer is used to measure a person's temperature and whether or not they have a fever. Stethoscopes are common instruments that nurses have around their necks to listen to the sound of a person's heart and lungs.

Another non-sharp medical instrument is a syringe, used to draw a person's blood, as well as give a person medication. Whether an instrument is sharp or not, it is recommended to use it properly to help the patient.

Not always. There are various medical devices that are used often in hospitals that are not always sharp. For example, a lot of nurses and doctors use the syringe in order to get blood and to administer various medications to patients. The syringe itself is not sharp but the needle is.

It is not true that all of the medical tools and devices are sharp and they should also be sterilized. The use of non-sterilized equipment may cause some potential medical issues in the long run so this is something that should not be done. All of the medical devices should be handled well too for the best results.
