Yes. Racism and imperialism defined Churchill's worldview. He believed in racial hierarchy, and he felt that if one race rose up above another, it meant that the stronger, more dominant race prevailed. Churchill also favored the use of chemical weapons to put down the rebellion in India and Iraq.

He also believed it was necessary to use brute force to squash a resistance. He was born with English aristocracy in his blood. He also believed that if a country wasn't using their resources properly, then other countries had the right to intervene.
