This is rather limited but you can play the original three Uncharted games on a pc. You need a PS3 simulator which means your pc must be high end. Uncharted is produced by Sony, so not a good fit for a pc.
Other than buying a PS4 and using a streaming service such as Red Dead Redemption and The Last of Us, you can forget your pc if you want to play Uncharted games. It just isn't designed for the job. Uncharted 4 onwards is impossible to play on a pc in any circumstances.
