To answer your question, the Phillipines has been a country where those with no qualms about using women lightly for sex will go. Sweden is very open to free sex but not prostitution.
The Netherlands has many strip clubs and brothels. Iceland is also found to be very liberal. Once you've slept around all these countries you may feel ready to make an actual friendship with a woman, even a relationship. Or you may be totally spoiled.
