Why is dating harder nowadays?

Everyone says dating is hard. Dating is hard for a person because of what that individual has experienced in their previous relationships. Love is essential in any relationship, in a case when one has been betrayed, such a person will not want to get involved in any relationship. Perfection is another factor that makes dating hard; people believe that whoever they want to date must be perfect without any flaws. People who also have low self-esteem find it hard to date.

Dating is also hard because of backgrounds, cultures, and traditions. For instance, some ladies believe that their bills should be settled by the guy, and some guys believe that ladies should be independent. Some people find it hard to compromise some of their characters in the relationship. For example, some people believe in sex before marriage, while some people believe in sex only after marriage. For a relationship to work, there is a need for love, understanding, and sacrifice.

Everyone is packing in so much activity! Many people find it just easiest to belong to different groups and date whoever's nearest, amongst those who attract them. If people are in a set group, like working in a large organization, the range of people available to them means they don't need to get on a dating site.

But if you mean it's hard to date because you find possible dates resistant to you, it may be that your approach is wrong. It's something to discuss with trusted mates, but don't discuss with someone you don't want to be like!
