What is the worst hotel you've been too?

The worst hotel I have been to is a road side hotel in India. On entering the room, it was smelling really bad, I discovered that the smell was from the bathroom. The bathroom was not properly cleaned after the last customer checked out. The room had bedbugs and cockroaches. The air conditioner was not working well so I was given a standing fan.

Fortunately for me, I booked just one night in the hotel. The manager came in later and I explained my ordeal to him. He promised to get another room for me but I did not get a change of room. Someone came in to clean the bathroom and I slept in the room with cockroaches and bedbugs.
The hotel has an Indian name that I can not remember.
