“Family Guy” was created by Seth MacFarlane, a talented American actor, singer, and film writer. MacFarlane makes a ton of money from this TV show. He reportedly earns $50,000 per episode in addition to “at least $2 million per year in salary from Fox”.
The complete “Family Guy” franchise (video games, comic books, DVDs, etc.) are valued at about $1 billion and MacFarlane’s personal wealth has been estimated to be around $200 million. These are astounding amounts of money for a franchise which I personally find offensive and not at all funny.
