The concept of the new show Uncharted starring Gordon Ramsay is that he will go to various parts of the world in order to test their food and their exotic cuisine. There are some people who say that this is highly similar to Parts Unknown that used to be the show of Anthony Bourdain.
I do not think that it will last very long especially if Ramsay is going to show the type of persona that he is known for. Traveling to various places means that he has to be humble and kind which is somewhat unexpected for him when it comes to reality television. Only time will tell if the show would actually succeed in the future.
