How many times does your lover calls you every week?

My lover and I do not like calling each other on the phone, probably because we are too busy with work. We also make it a point to spend time together every week, so once again, we do not find the need to talk on the phone. If we need to communicate, we usually do it by chatting or texting.

When we are together, we make sure that our phones are far away from us so that we can all talk about the things that have happened to us throughout the week. This makes it possible for us to share our stories better. This can prevent possible miscommunication too, especially during times when we cannot talk on the phone.

My lover and I usually do not talk on the phone because we prefer sending text messages to each other or chatting. We just think that calling each other hinders us from doing the other things that I have to do. I usually have to work in front of my laptop and if I would call my lover once in a while, this will distract me from the things that I am doing.

Text messages are easier because I can easily reply whenever I get the chance. It is a good thing that this is something that my lover understands too. We have the same view about how we want to communicate with each other. I think this is one of the reasons why our relationship works.
