When typing a document, the typist may want to make their document a sign, so they may need to change the page orientation. To do this, they will click on the tabs along the top of the screen. Then they will click on layout and then click on orientation. They will have two choices to choose from. One will be long ways and the other will be short ways. It resembles a paper that is being shown as a regular sheet of paper.

The other one resembles turning the page sideways. Usually, signs are written on the sideways orientation because they want to write out long words across. However, if you have already started typing, you may change the orientation at any time and the document will set the words in place according to the page orientation.
