They have made an effort to get actors and actresses that are already well-known as they know that it will get people to watch.
Just recently, they have invested in creating their own movie with non-other than Will Smith as the lead. When Netflix makes investments like this, it might be good. It will make more people want to subscribe because they know that they will be greatly entertained. A lot of investors feel that investing in Netflix is a good idea too although this may backfire in the long run if people would realize that Netflix is overpriced.
