Reducing your coffee intake is going to be hard especially if drinking coffee is something that you have done for a long time. There are some people who take up to 8 cups of coffee a day. This means that if you are drinking 8 cups, you can make it 7 cups for a week after. Then 6 cups, then 5, until you reach the maximum 2 cups of coffee a day. You can alternate coffee with water which is known to be one of the healthiest beverages you can take. It will not be easy but it is workable.
