One way to know for sure if your dog is ill is to take him to be examined by a veterinarian. However, that can be costly so there are a few signs you can look for before taking that step. One sign to look for is changes in your dog’s appetite, activity, and bowel routines. Is he/she eating and drinking normally?
Are they more or less active than normal? Are they coughing, sneezing or drooling more than normal? Do they suddenly have diarrhea that lasts more than a few days? If you notice any of these changes in your dog, it is probably a sure sign your dog is not feeling well and a trip to the vet is a very good idea.
