What will you do if you have to be with a Machiavellian? You need to remember that this can be hard because the person has the ability to become manipulative to his own advantage. You know that he is someone that can be called a user but because he is submissive, people do not really notice that he is doing it. You may be perspective that’s why you know or he has singled you out because he knows that you can do something for him.

The best way to deal with it is to make sure that you are on good terms with the rest of your co-workers. You should also make sure that there are other people with you when you are with the Machiavellian so there is nothing that the person will get from you.
