They have the tendency to become better businessmen because they are very goal-oriented. It is true that they are ruthless and they do not care about the other companies and people they would step on in the process. Their ambitions will make them not give up on their goals. They will think of different ways so that they can reach their goals the fastest way possible.

They are highly detached from morality too so they only gain fulfillment whenever they reach something more. They achieve goals without feeling any remorse for those that they have hurt in the process. In the world of business, this ruthlessness may be needed.
