A subscriber asked to be removed from a customer’s email list multiple times by replying directly to the customer’s marketing message, but continues to receive emails.
Three steps can be done that will ensure that the customer will be removed from the mailing list of the company. The unsubscribe manual request can be set to yes just in case the customer is not successful in opting out of the subscription list automatically.
