Guitars are usually made by batch if not personalized. One guitar can be more expensive than the other or can be the most expensive if it has backstory with it. The most expensive guitar sold was the Fender “Reach out to Asia” Stratocauster.
Initially, Fender guitars range between $15, 000 - $25, 000 but this guitar specifically was raised in an auction on 2004 for the victims of a tsunami hit in the Indian Ocean. 19 big artists including Gilmour, Page, and Clapton signed the guitar increasing its worth. It was not made of gold nor diamonds but was sold for $2.7 million making it the most expensive guitar to date.
