Project Maven was a collaboration contract that was signed by Google to help the Pentagon and national defense systems analyze satellite imagery more accurately using their artificial intelligence systems. This allowed Google to demonstrate tensor flow, and it is surrounding programs tensor flow, and it is surrounding programs. It caused controversy because people believed that the millions that were a part of the contract was too big an investment in the government.
Severe moral issues and ethics were brought up inside the company. Employees learned that Google was working with the Pentagon to build artificially intelligent technology to be used in drone warfare. Google employees were not happy with the company's dirty dealings in warfare. Almost 4,000 employees signed a petition asking Google to end its participation in Project Maven.
There are a lot of Google employees who have stated their dislike for Project Maven. What has made this project one of the most hated ones? There are some people who do not like the fact that this is a military project and they feel that their lives are going to get affected by it.
Some of the employees feel that Google is not the same Google that they have signed up for anymore so they decided to resign so they will not be a part of the company. Generally, one of the reasons why people do not like it is because it is a path that Google has never done before and employees do not know where it would lead.
