Can England redeem themselves in the coming world cup?

Sometimes when a team loses game after game, they can make a big comeback. They have decided to work harder than ever to come to the World Cup and win it. Sometimes, other teams will think that certain teams are weak because they have lost a lot of games in the past. Prior to the World Cup of 2018, England won two friendlies against Costa Rica and Nigeria.

Then tied a friendly game against Italy. Before that, they won a game against the Netherlands. So, prior to the World Cup, it did seem that England could redeem itself. During the World Cup in 2018, England won two games against Panama and Tunisia. Then they lost several games including Belgium, Croatia and Spain.

One of the things that England wants to prove right now is that they are still the team to beat. They want to redeem themselves and experts are speculating whether they would be able to do it or not. England had a last-place finish tied with Costa Rica 4 years ago.

Their score was horrendous considering that they are one of the better-known teams. This is not something that they want to experience anymore. They are now heading to the tournament full of promise and with newfound skills that might make them one of the best teams in the World Cup. It will be exciting to know what England would be able to do.
