Many of them become managers, trainers and coaches for the same teams that they played on. Others go on to coach and manage college soccer teams. They could get students to sign up and then that retired soccer player could teach them everything they know. This could be either a hobby or a job where the students pay. It would be easy to do that since the professional soccer players have a well-known name in the soccer industry.
