Turquoise on a pink floral skirt? That’s a bold statement. However, it could be pulled off in a number of situations. Is there turquoise in the skirt? That’d work; that ties the pieces together with an accent color. Is there turquoise in the shirt?
That’d work for the same reason: accent colors! If there’s no turquoise in the skirt or shirt you’re wearing, are there other bright colors? If you wear something with pastel, muted colors, like the skirt pictured here, you could get away with it. A good rule of thumb is to try and pick colors that are already used as accent colors in a multi-colored piece. However, if you think you can pull it off, who’s going to stop you?
If it looks good to you, and friends who can be trusted also like the effect, then wear it. It's unusual, and you would be safer with, say, a deeper pink, but
if you match the turquoise bracelet with something of the same color, say on your hair, you could get away with being different and make it look stylish. It depends on how strong the colour. If very strong, it might look too garish, so take care.
