The “MeToo” movement has to be one of the most popular movements of the present time. There were a lot of people have gained the strength to speak up but there are also some who lost their careers because of this. Weinstein, the famed director is probably the most affected. There are now more than 30 women who have filed cases against him.
There are still other people who are speaking up about Kevin Spacey who also admitted that he was gay when he apologized for how he may have acted when he was drunk towards another man. It is possible that there will be a lot more celebrities that will be affected by this in the future.

This is impossible to answer because the situation is on-going. There were reportedly 33 female accusers of Weinstein but I know of no analysis of the state of their careers before the abuse as opposed to afterwards.
Or indeed of their careers after the allegations as opposed to before. The latter would surely apply to all the male celebrities accused. We're probably talking in the hundreds.
