When people go to other cultures, there are many types of foods that may taste weird or strange to them. Chinese are no different. When they come to America, they may find the food tasting different and they do not like it. For instance, desserts are too sweet for them in the United States because they are used to sweets that are less sweet. Other things that the Chinese won’t eat include processed foods that they are not used to.
These may include chips or processed cheese. Many foreigners don’t like American cheese because it tastes like plastic and it doesn’t melt very well. Also, fried foods seem to be in abundant in the southern part of the United States and they may not always like fried foods.
As a culture, the Chinese generally don't eat cheese. This is because hundreds of years ago, cheese was limited to outside tribes and therefore associated with poor lifestyles. Aside from this, cows are also not used for dairy because they are used for work. This means lack of resources for cheesemaking.
Another reason they don't eat the product that so many Westerners love is because they find it smells like feet or toenail fungus. Finally, the people of China don't often eat cheese or other dairy products for that matter because they are lactose intolerant. Oh, and they also don't eat raw vegetables because they find uncooked produce tastes bad.
