From my point of view, the answer is absolutely not. Robots would never be able to replace human beings and there are various reasons behind this. However, it’s a debated question and hence, your answer might differ from my opinion.
Undoubtedly, robots are exceptionally good in every work just because of having high intelligence potential. And, if we say that major part of the human workplace has been replaced by automatons and robots, then it will also not be false. But, that doesn’t mean these robots can fully replace us in any instance. To support my answer, I can give you some of the examples which will tell you that it is merely impossible for the robots to completely replace the human existence.
-
Humans have irrational thoughts (like emotions or feelings) whereas robots totally work on rational thoughts and logic.
-
Robots can’t reproduce like human beings and there is not any possibility of DNA replication in robots.
-
At the end of the day, you will prefer a human being over robots to have a chit-chat with you. And of course, you would also love to listen to a human voice, not a computerized one.
These all are my opinions. Just think for a while and then decide what your answer should be.
