It is likely that the fall-out of the dispute over trade between China and US will affect several countries besides the US itself. It is alway a risk to worldwide stability when one country's leader speaks wildly and with pejorative language about another. It also affects stability when a country feels unfairly treated. The US, at least in the Trump camp, feel they have been unfairly treated by under charging Chinese producers.
No doubt the Chinese will feel it is unfair for the US to suddenly change to status quo so radically, rather than by discourse, negotiation and gently. Many countries have suffered from cheap Chinese imports yet consumers have happily bought both cheap Chinese and more expensive local goods.
It is very obvious that China and the United States are embroiled in a trade war. It was President Donald Trump who called the Chinese out saying that the country hadbeen using deceptive trade practices which have allowed them to take American jobs and themselves have a huge presence in the United States economy. The are several consequences that could happen if China were to win a trade war with the United States.
The Chinese and the Americans have been trade partners for a while. The thing is that an evident trade emblance has been tipping in the favor of China. If China were to win the war, one thing for certain is that nothing is going to change. The same stipulations that are in place now will stay there. Trump has levied tarriffs on Chinese imports but that could then have them to answer by taxing products headed to the United States. A good amount of technology such as computers and mobile devices come from China which means that the prices for those goods would skyrocket in the States.
For certain, if China were to win a trade war with the United States, they would have the upper hand in United States international trading and economic affairs. They would be able to counteract any levies or actions by the United States with even more power.
