A sprint backlog is the division of product backlog that a team aims to deliver during a sprint to accomplish the sprint goal and make progress toward a satisfying outcome.
• The sprint backlog items that the team agreed with their product owner to include during sprint planning.
• For the team to do work efficiently, they must recognize the distinction between a product backlog and a sprint backlog, and just how these two scrum artifacts cooperate to move the project forward.
• For the duration of the planning meeting, everyone on the development team should review what must be done and how it will be finalized.
• Each item on the sprint backlog is broken down into responsibilities or actions that will be taken to complete the item.
• All of this must be communicated and agreed.
• Once it is started, there cannot be any changes to the responsibilities and steps required to complete them.
• A sprint is usually only over two weeks, though this time can vary depending on the size of the team and the project resources.
• The sprint must not exhaust the team or drive them to rush and produce poor delivery.
• The steps and strategies taken are to be determined by the development team, as they feel more comfortable in doing so.
