Which king's death was the most embarrassing?

The most embarrassing king's death was the death of King George II. He was born Novermber 10 1683.
As at October 1760, King George was blind in one of his eyes and he had problem hearing. Early in the morning, on the 25th of October 1760, King George II visited the lavatory (known as close stool).

After some time, his Valet had a noise and rushed to the scene only to find the King on the floor. Post-mortem analysis showed that the right ventricle of the king's heart had ruptured as the result of an aortic aneurysm . He died at the age of 76, a couple of days to his 77th birthday. He was buried on 11 November 1760. He was succeeded by his grandson, who became George III.

Believe it or not, at least a dozen or more kings have died embarrassing deaths. But for me, I think it would have to be King George II of England and Ireland. He ruled from 1727 to 1760. He was found near death on the floor after falling off his toilet, or “close stool” as it was called in those days.

He is thought to have had an aortic aneurism while straining to have a bowel movement. A post-mortem did reveal the King had an aneurysm, but if it ruptured normally or as a result of straining during constipation, we will never know.
