The $7.2 billion fraud that was made by Robert Allen Stanford is is considered as the second biggest ponzi scheme ever whereas Madoff’s ponzi scheme is reported to be the biggest ever where he held about $64.8 billion. In reality, Bernie Madoff held $20B in fraid with a total number of 4800 investors. As a result of this, he is facing a sentence of 150 years in jail.
In comparison to Madoff, Robert Allen Stanford held $7.2 billion in fraud with a total number of 21000 investors. As a result of it, he is facing 110 years in prison. Together, both of these ponzi schemes are considered as the biggest ones ever.
