Arizona is famous for UFO sightings but I honestly don’t really know why. I do know however that it’s not the only place in the world famous for UFO sightings. For example, San Clemente, Chile in South America “is considered to be the unofficial UFO capital of the world.
Researchers say that hundreds of UFO sightings have been reported there, as much as one per week.” Other countries such as Russia, China, and England have had their fair share of sightings. England is also famous for crop circles which sometimes mysterioulsy show up overnight.
No one really knows why there are so many sightings over Arizona. Some speculate that it is maybe because the sky is so clear at night compared with the skies of larger cities with more light pollution. A UFO sighting is an event where a person sees an unidentified object flying through the sky without any specific or obvious proof of it other than what they had captured on film. It is somewhat similar to the ghost sightings where people end up capturing white blobs on their films claiming them to be spirits, many of which are just glitches due to lighting conditions.
This includes phoenix lights which can easily be explained, and often get confused for UFOs. Hence, a lot of people end up misinterpreting what they see and consider it to be something extraordinary whenever it gets captured on film.
