The "Prorate Calculation" setting does not exist and the "Subscription Prorate Precision" setting has the "Monthly + Daily" option (and not the“Month + Day.”).

At this point, I'm not sure which is the right answer, I bet for A.

Change the Prorate Calculation field in package settings from Month to Day.
