Where is One Plus from?

One plus is from China. It only began in 2013, so is a very young company. At first it wasn't clear who owned it but lately it turns out to be a sub company of the sub of the Chinese multinational group BBK Electronics.

It is the wholly owned subsidiary of OPPO a sub brand of BBK. Outside of China itself, Amazon is the chief retailer of One Plus handsets. OnePlus aims to deliver their products via online services. One plus One is well known these days, and One Plus products attract with their budget pricing.

OnePlus is a smartphone developer and manfacturer that started in 2013. The man who started the company is named Peter Lau and the company is from China. The company released its first device, the OnePlus One, in 2014 less than six months after the company officially started. OnePlus has been able to produce a total of 8 versions of their smartphone and they used the Android operating system in order for their phones to do what they do. The OnePlus 6 is the newest offering from OnePlus and it was unveiled and released in May of 2018. The company has a strong foothold in Europe and has also seen some infiltration into the United States market. While the company has faced some backlash from some countriesclaiming that they are infringing on patents and monopolizing markets, OnePlus is a company with strong footing and one that should certainly see itself as a major player in the smartphone industry especially in Europe and some Asian countries.
