In English, the phrase La Mancha Negra translates to the black stain. This phrase came about in 1989 in Venezuela. At the time of discovery, a black stain was seen on a road in Caracas. This stain was seen not far from the airport. When the stain first appeared, it was very small.

Before you knew it, the stain grew to 8 miles long. People put their own theories as to why the stain appeared, but the most logical reason was that the materials for the newly resurfaced road were not mixed properly. This is why in hot weather, the stain would get gooier and then reverse when it cooled down.

La Mancha Negra is a questionable black substance that has been identified on roads in Caracas, Venezuela. This strange material was first spotted back in 1986, and it has caused many car accidents, and people have died trying to avoid it.

Upon careful study and a plethora of money spent trying to find out exactly what this substance is made of, it has always come to a dead-end to pinpoint what the substance is, and there is still no explanation.

The material has been described as an inch- thick greasy black dense mess with the consistency of chewed bubble gum. Various theories have pontificated, but no one has established the exact nature of it. It has been said that it is hazardous and as slick as ice.

When you say “La Mancha Negra,” this is something that will translate to “The Black Stain.” This is a type of substance that started to ooze in Venezuela in the year 1986. The thing about this is that it is not just mysterious. People also consider it dangerous because it has seemed to ooze out at the most inconvenient times.

There are people who have gotten into road accidents and have lost their lives because of this. Some may think that it is just a stain in the beginning but when you touch it, it would be similar to slime. Instead of green though, it will be black. People are still trying to figure out where this came from.

LA Mancha Negra is a black substance known as Black Stain. It first appeared in Caracas, Venezuela, in 1986. It was a little substance when it first appeared in 1986 but has spread to the extent that it has covered about 7 to 8 miles of highway. The simple truth is that there are still no definite explanations about what caused the appearance of LA Mancha Negra, even after authorities have been spent millions of dollars on this course. The point of this incident is between Caracas and the airport in that area.

However, after decades of study, some findings showed that LA Mancha Negra expands when the weather is too hot but contracts when it is cold. Since its appearance in 1986, the roadway between Caracas and its airport is no longer safe for vehicles. In fact, so many accidents have been recorded on the roadway due to the appearance of LA Mancha Negra.

La Mancha Negra = the black stain. In Venezuela, 1989, a black gooey stain appeared on a stretch of road in Caracas not that far from its airport. At first quite small, it soon stretched to 8 miles in length. Various weird explanations were put forward, several very expensive strategies were employed making their companies a lot of money but not solving the problem.

It seems most likely that there is a simple explanation rather than the dramatic mystery that filled the newspapers at one time. This stretch of road was resurfaced not long before the black stain appeared. In hot weather the stain gets gooier, the reverse when it cools. Therefore, the tarry substance seems likely due to inadequate mixing of the material for road surfacing: a poorly carried out piece of work with said consequences.

La Mancha Negra translates to black stain and it is named for just that, a black stain that first emerged on a highway in 1986 in Caracas, Venezuela. The stain was first noticed by highway workers resurfacing the road. The stain reportedly eventually spread to a distance of about 8 miles. It is very odd that no one ever bothered to analyze this supposedly “slippery goo that had caused over 1,800 deaths and countless other injuries.”

Most people think it’s impossible for that many deaths and injuries to have been caused especially because there is no documented evidence. The black stain or goo was real and the leading theory is that it was caused by using poorly mixed asphalt concrete when the road was first constructed.
